Turnout

It's at 57.4 percent! Again, the youth vote got out.

THE RACE

Abraham calls this "an historic day". He's giving this really odd kind of speech about us believing in our ability.

Lexie apparently tried to kill Miel. She gave Miel chocolate! She is wearing a presidential robe/blanket. Then she took it off because she's a woman of the people. She does what the people want and will listen to you and will help get your policies across and all that stuff. Lexie is pregnant... with IDEAS that is. We can put art in the hallways and stuff. She feels that she has shown her love for Vincent, and her ability to lead it.

Dorian, the "D-Man", sent out a very nice email, he says. He respects Lexie, but disagrees with several of her policies. As president he would focus more on interhouse unity. He feels spring is a time of building friendships and "killing people at Scav-Hunt", and he feels creating a savings account for capital improvements would be beneficial. Hopefully you read his e-mail. That is all.

VEEPS

Felipe hopes Fernando gets no vote, but respects Jen. He still thinks you should vote for him, or he'll do something bad to you. You should've read his press release. No comment on whether he hates women. He seemed to get angry when the subject was brought up.

Miel is speaking on behalf of Fernando. This could really help Fernando's chances.

Nichole speaking on behalf of Jen. She can't think of any of Jen's virtues. But she says Jen would be great because she's responsible. She can speak German. That's also where they make ShamWows. You know the Germans make good stuff. And she likes women.

Secretaries

Blair says she wants to be secretary still.

Eli withdraws. Everybody circle his name and it will still be a vote for Blair! It would be funny!

Does Jen Want to be VP?

She claims she may no longer want to be VP. This could throw a wrench in the direction the election could take. Right now, it looks like she will. But does she really want it?

Television News

30 more dollas. This does not relate to the election but it's good to keep you updated.

Where Da Gold At?

The idea of "Where Da Gold At?" shirts for St. Patty's day was offered up. The main supporters seem to be those involved in the controversial CTDWDGA Political Action Committee.

Meeting Continues...

It was suggested that possible secretarial candidates should make minutes for tonight's meeting. But this suggestion was offered too late. Some potential candidates did express interest in this idea. Some of them were busy, though, doing other things. Like live blogging. But not necessarily this live blog.

TONIGHT!!

Ladies and gentleman, tonight we will announce the nominees for the Winter Quarter house election. What will happen? Will a president end his reign? Will a newcomer emerge? Will there be any major surprises? We are soon to find out.
