Blair, Michael, and Lexie won.

AND IT'S THE HIGHEST TURNOUT OF ALL TIME OH MAH GOD

Miel

In light of the Tiger Woods controversy, Miel has been shown as a spy from Coulter. She's a dual citizen. It's all so crazy. AHHHH

STATEMENTS

Treasurer Statements:

Michael: He has three boring points or some crap. He has a plan but nobody really read about it. Also, there will be Nigerians. None of this really sounds right. Apparently Mr. Moore withdrew, but not really? Michael is citing Catch 22 and crap. Apparently Thomas is dead, he died years ago in England. YEAH MICHAEL MADE THE THOMAS MORE JOKE

Thomas: He has nothing to say. Michael was a good campaigner. Michael wanted it more. Hmmm.

Secretarial Statements:

Nicholas: He is saying some boring things about his personal history. Blair says he's unexperienced but so was Obama or something. He needs Lexie to read his statements about Blair. THIS IS ALL SO DAMNING.

Eli: Will bring the troops home.

Blair: She's at a loss for words when she looks at her fine constituents. Also, the things Nicholas said were not real. Though she does occasionally yell at small children.

Presidential Statements:

Dorian: Is running for president.

Lexie: Lexie is happy that she's president. YAY! Hopefully you approve of her. If you don't then FIGHT HER

End of an Era

The final Mickey treasurer report just happened. End of a friggin' era.

FELIPE DIDN'T GO TO IHC and...

And Nicholas made a kitchen list host! He even raised his hand! He's trying to show he has what it take to be our secretary. Nicholas is also trying to show how responsible he is by planning on cleaning the fridge!

Watch out Secretary Thornburgh.

Felipe Being Disruptive

FELIPE IS BEING DISRUPTIVE. WRITE SOMEBODY IN INSTEAD OF VOTING FOR HIM!!!!

Talking About Things

We're talking about non-election things. BORING!!!!!! Also, don't go to our competitor vincenthouserection.blogspot.com. BUT... we're still getting updates on VP Cocco's connection to the mysterious Tiger Woods accident.

We'll update you when something interesting happens.

First Election of the Year

IT BEGINS TONIGHT! Everyone come and vote. We need to get the youth out!

Presidents

Elaine doesn't want to be president. She says don't vote for her.

Tyler is speaking on behalf of David. He says the funding thing was only for personal gain. He'll bring reasoned discourse and learning.

Eli is running but endorses Lexie.

Lexie says its been really fun "doing meetings and stuff... and I like you guys".

TIME TO VOTE!

Vice President

Felipe says they got stuff done. He pretty much always went to IHC. The funding thing got through. And he still endorses Lexie. But he said her last name wrong.

Sunshine is not in the house. She's shoring up political support in DC.

Treasurer

Mickey is still the only one running. He says it has been a pleasure being treasurer and that we're good at paying dues and collecting money. Time for another quarter!

Secretary Statements

Abe is standing but not talking. He wants to thank us for being here and he's talking about something and it doesn't really make a lot of sense.

Blair didn't prepare a speech. What the hell? She's going to disavow any rumors from campaign updates.

Eli is running but he endorses Blair.

IM Rep Statements

Dorian: Who the hell nominated me? Vote for Tara!

That's an official endorsement!

Tara: Who nominated me?

Liat nominated both of them. And Elaine for president. She's crazy. None of the reps really wanna make statements.

Meeting Started

Felipe is yelling up the stairs so people will come and do their democratic duty and vote. It was scary as shit.

Less Than 10 Minutes Away!

The house meeting/election is quickly approaching. You can feel the tension in the air here at Vincent House. Residents are already lining up at the RH apartment door and the line goes down the stairs and out the front door. We thought it would be a low turnout but this is truly, truly astounding. INCREDIBLE.

Turnout

It's at 57.4 percent! Again, the youth vote got out.

THE RACE

Abraham calls this "an historic day". He's giving this really odd kind of speech about us believing in our ability.

Lexie apparently tried to kill Miel. She gave Miel chocolate! She is wearing a presidential robe/blanket. Then she took it off because she's a woman of the people. She does what the people want and will listen to you and will help get your policies across and all that stuff. Lexie is pregnant... with IDEAS that is. We can put art in the hallways and stuff. She feels that she has shown her love for Vincent, and her ability to lead it.

Dorian, the "D-Man", sent out a very nice email, he says. He respects Lexie, but disagrees with several of her policies. As president he would focus more on interhouse unity. He feels spring is a time of building friendships and "killing people at Scav-Hunt", and he feels creating a savings account for capital improvements would be beneficial. Hopefully you read his e-mail. That is all.

VEEPS

Felipe hopes Fernando gets no vote, but respects Jen. He still thinks you should vote for him, or he'll do something bad to you. You should've read his press release. No comment on whether he hates women. He seemed to get angry when the subject was brought up.

Miel is speaking on behalf of Fernando. This could really help Fernando's chances.

Nichole speaking on behalf of Jen. She can't think of any of Jen's virtues. But she says Jen would be great because she's responsible. She can speak German. That's also where they make ShamWows. You know the Germans make good stuff. And she likes women.

Secretaries

Blair says she wants to be secretary still.

Eli withdraws. Everybody circle his name and it will still be a vote for Blair! It would be funny!

Does Jen Want to be VP?

She claims she may no longer want to be VP. This could throw a wrench in the direction the election could take. Right now, it looks like she will. But does she really want it?

Television News

30 more dollas. This does not relate to the election but it's good to keep you updated.

Where Da Gold At?

The idea of "Where Da Gold At?" shirts for St. Patty's day was offered up. The main supporters seem to be those involved in the controversial CTDWDGA Political Action Committee.

Meeting Continues...

It was suggested that possible secretarial candidates should make minutes for tonight's meeting. But this suggestion was offered too late. Some potential candidates did express interest in this idea. Some of them were busy, though, doing other things. Like live blogging. But not necessarily this live blog.

TONIGHT!!

Ladies and gentleman, tonight we will announce the nominees for the Winter Quarter house election. What will happen? Will a president end his reign? Will a newcomer emerge? Will there be any major surprises? We are soon to find out.
